Score sexy, beachy waves

“When you’re wearing very little, the most flattering thing you can do is leave your hair down,” says Dominick Pucciarello, a stylist at Mizu Salon in New York City. (It’s no coincidence that scantily-clad Victoria’s Secret models are sent down runways with tousled, windswept locks!)

To get the look, spritz a salt-based spray like Aquage Sea Salt Spray ($17; aquage.com) on damp strands. Comb it through, then let hair dry naturally. Undone waves—done!

Age-proof this spot

Shoulders are a magnet for UV rays. Slather on the SPF every day to prevent freckles from clustering here. At night, fade spots by applying a brightener, says Heidi Waldorf, MD, a New York City–based dermatologist. A good one: Vichy ProEven Total Dark Spot Corrector ($43; vichyusa.com), which contains vitamins C and E.

Wearing a shoulder-baring top? Blur the damage by dusting on a body shimmer—light-diffusing mica particles will make your skin glisten and spots (virtually) fade away.

Put your best chest forward

It’s a hot spot for acne (especially when you’re loading on sunscreen), so fight breakouts by using a salicylic acid–based body wash a few times a week. To get glowing, apply bronzing powder to your neck, chest, and between breasts, says Cindy Barshop, owner of Completely Bare Spas. Or mix a drop of liquid bronzer with your body lotion for a dewier effect.

Bronze yourself buff

Sculpt sexy arms with a little self-tanner trickery: Starting at the shoulders, apply a lotion-formula self-tanner, working down the length of the arms in long, sweeping motions. Go a little heavier on the outside of the arms—the inner part should be lighter because the sun wouldn’t naturally hit there, says Ali Bunch, training specialist for Evolv Sunless. Be sure not to overapply to your hands; too much self-tanner there will leave you splotchy.

Erase dimples

Cellulite happens—whether you’re a size 2 or 12. To conceal bumps, enlist the help of a skin-firming lotion. “A topical cream containing retinoids or caffeine applied once a day may improve the look of cellulite, as it stimulates circulation below the skin and causes temporary plumping,” Dr. Waldorf says.

Fab up legs

Lighten new scars and stretch marks by treating the reddened areas with two ingredients proven to fade: collagen-boosting retinoids (the most effective ones come from your derm) and onion extract—found in over-the-counter products like Mederma Stretch Marks Therapy ($40; cvs.com).

Sadly, once these annoying skin marks fade to white, no treatment cream will work, Dr. Waldorf notes. But you can hide them with a bronzing cream or glow lotion. 

Perfect your bikini line

Getting a smooth bikini line is possible. If you shave, try the Gillette Venus Bikini Trimmer ($5; drugstores) to neaten up in seconds. (Also look for a shaving cream containing Capislow, an ingredient that inhibits hair growth.)

Prefer a hair-zapping cream? Let Sally Hansen In-Shower Hair Remover ($8; drugstores) work its magic while you shampoo. And if you wax, you’ll love BareEase & Cream Kit ($25; dermstore.com), with its 4% lidocaine-based numbing cream.

Soften soles

An easy way to get spa-like results at home: Exfoliate the tops and bottoms of your feet in the shower with a grainy scrub—try H2O Plus Pumice Foot Scrub ($15; h2oplus.com)—concentrating on the sides of feet and toes, where calluses tend to build up, Dr. Waldorf says. Apply a thick, moisturizing cream post-shower for max absorption.

Resep Masakan Aneka Ayam Goreng

Resep Ayam Goreng Mbok Berek
Bahan :
1 ayam yg gemuk dan muda
8 bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
1 ibu jari langkuas
4 lembar daun salam
garam secukupnya
air kelapa
minyak utk menggoreng

Cara membuatnya :
Ayam setelah dibersihkan dibelah dua. Taruh di wajan, bubuhi bumbu-2 ( 2 macam bawang dan garam ) yg telah ditumbuk halus. Langkuas dipukul sampai pecah-pecah, salam dibiarkan utuh. Tuangi air kelapa, tutup wajannya, godok dgn api besar. Jika sudah mendidih apinya dikecilkan.
Godok sampai ayamnya empuk. Lalu goreng dgn minyak yg panas sekali.


KFC Extra Crispy
  • 1 ekor ayam utuh potong2 menjadi beberapa bagian
  • 6-8 cangkir shortening ( minyak beku )
Bahan2nya :
  • 1 butir telu yang sedang besarnya
  • 1 cangkir susu
  • 2 cangkir tepung serba guna
  • 2 1/2 sendok teh garam
  • 3/4 sendok teh merica bubuk
  • 3/4 sendok teh MSG
  • 1/8 sendok teh Bawang Putih bubuk
  • 1/8 sendok teh soda kue
Cara buat :
  • Buang gelambir2 lemak yang terdapat pada ayam.
  • Panaskan miyak terlebih dahulu didalam- wajan atau wadah untuk menggoreng sampai panasnya mencapai 350 derajat{dikira2 aja panasnya)
  • Campurkan susu dan telur. Aduk2 biar rata. Sisihkan
  • Campurkan tepung, garam, lada , MSG, bawang putih bubuk dan soda kue
  • Letakkan masing-masing potongan ayam ke serbet agar kelebihan cairan dari ayam bisa dihilangkan.
  • Celupkan potongan2 ayam tersebut kedalam campuran telur dan susu lalu guling2kan ayam dengan campuran tepung kering, celupkan kembali ke dalam campuran telur dan susu, lalu guling2kan kembali
  • Amati masing-masing potongan ayam apakah sudah berlapis tepung dengan baik.
  • Sisihkan ayam yang sudah terlapis tepung pada piring
  • Masukan potongan2 ayam yang sudah terlapis tepung kedalam miyak yang sudah panas tadi
  • Gorenglah minimal 4 potong ayam selama 12-15 menit, atau sampai kecoklatan 

Resep Lezat Mie Ayam 
Bahan - bahan :
1/2 kg mie ayam (siap dibeli di pasar)
100 ml Minyak ayam
100 ml Kecap asin
300 gr Daging ayam direbus dan dipotong kotak
3 sdm Kecap manis
2 sdm Kecap Ingris
2 batang Daun bawang dirajang
Caisin, penyedap dan bawang goreng secukupnya.


Bumbu yang diperlukan :
3 siung Bawang putih
5 buah Bawang merah
1 sdt Ketumbar
3 cm Kunyit
3 cm Jahe
4 butir Kemiri

Bahan untuk membuat Kaldu:
2 liter Air
1/2 kg Tulang ayam
1 sdt Garam
1/2 sdt Lada bubuk

Cara membuat :

Kaldu: air direbus hingga mendidih, masukkan tulang ayam, rebus dengan api kecil hingga kaldu beraroma harum. Tambahkan lada bubuk dan garam.
Tumis bumbu yang dihaluskan hingga harum dan matang, masukkan ayam, tumis hingga bumbu menyerap ke dalam ayam,tambahkan penyedap, tumis sebentar, angkat, sisihkan.
Masukkan 2 sdm minyak ayam ke dalam mangkok, 1/4 sdt penyedap.
Rebus mie dan caisin yang telah dirajang hingga matang, angkat dan letakkan di dalam mangkuk yang telah terisi dengan bumbu, masukkan ayam 2 sdm.
Taburkan bawang goreng dan daun bawang yang telah dirajang.

Note :
Kunci kelezatan mie ayam ada pada minyak ayamnya.
Cara membuat: ambil kulit ayam dan lemaknya, panaskan dengan api kecil diatas penggorengan, tambahkan 2 siung bawang putih digeprak, panaskan hingga seluruh minyak keluar dari kulit dan lemak ayam, minyak siap untuk digunakan.Sumber dari Claudie Lum

Ayam Goreng
Bahan - Bahan :
1 ekor ayam agak besar
1/2 kg kacang mede
3 s.m wijen
minyak untuk menggoreng

bumbu-bumbu :

1 s.m gula & ang ciu
2 s.m tepung maizena
1 s.t garam
1/2 s.t lada
1 btr telur

Cara memasaknya :
1. Bersihkan ayam dan buang tulangnya, masukkan bumbu-bumbunya diamkan selama 15 menit
2. Siapkan kacang mede yang sudah dicincang halus, dan wijen dalam sebuah piring lalu lumuri ayamnya.
3. Panaskan minyak dalam kuali, setelah panas masukkan ayamnya dan digoreng sampai warna kuning  kecoklat-coklatan.
4. Dapat dihidangkan dengan sambal bajak atau saus tomat

Grill it up

Our healthy burgers—made with fresh salmon, lean beef, turkey, and lentils—are perfect for a go-to summer meal.

Ground Sirloin Sliders

These mini burgers have amazing flavor, and you get two for less than 300 calories.

Ingredients: Miniature buns or dinner rolls, lean ground sirloin, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, olive oil cooking spray, extra-sharp Cheddar cheese, small dill pickle slices

Calories: 283

Ingredients:
  • 12 miniature buns or dinner rolls
  • 3/4 pound lean ground sirloin
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tea spoonblack pepper
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • 2 ounces extra-sharp Cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
  • 24 small dill pickle slices
Preparation:
1. Remove some of the fluffy center from the buns so that they will sit well on top of burgers; set aside.
2. Combine sirloin with Worcestershire and pepper, and form into 12 (2-inch) flat patties.
3. Preheat a lightly oiled grill pan over moderate heat until hot but not smoking. Cook burgers over moderate heat, turning, and evenly top with cheese, about 2 minutes per side for medium or until cheese is melted. (Use a meat thermometer to check that burgers have reached 160°.) Transfer the burgers to a plate, and grill the buns, cut sides down, 1-2 minutes or until toasted.
4. Sandwich burgers between buns with about 2 pickles per slider.

Caramelized Onion–Veggie Burger

Who needs meat when these are just as tasty? The mushroom and lentil patty with cool and creamy goat cheese is a perfect summer match. An added bonus: They are packed with fiber.

Ingredients: Garlic clove, cremini mushrooms, fresh thyme leaves, olive oil, onion, lentils, whole-wheat breadcrumbs, egg, salt, yellow cornmeal, goat cheese, whole-grain buns, tomato slices, fresh basil leaves

Ingredients:
  • 1 large garlic clove, chopped
  • 1/2 pound creamini mushrooms, stems removed
  • 1 table spoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 table spoons olive oil, divided
  • 1 large onion, chopped (about 3 cups)
  • 1 cup canned lentils, rinsed and drained
  • 3/4 cup whole-wheat breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg, whisked
  • 1 tea spoon salt
  • 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 2 ounces goat cheese, crumbled (about 1/4 cup)
  • 6 whole-grain buns
  • 8 tomato slices (optional)
  • Fresh basil leaves (optional)
Preparation:
1. Pulse first 3 ingredients in food processor until finely chopped.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium-high heat in a skillet; turn down to medium, and cook onion, stirring occasionally, about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Add mushroom mixture, and cook, stirring, about 2-3 minutes or until liquid evaporates. Remove from heat, and let cool.
3. Stir cooled mushroom mixture into lentils, and combine with next 3 ingredients (through salt) until well-combined. Form mixture into 6 patties (about 1/2 cup each). Put cornmeal on a shallow plate, and coat burgers evenly.
4. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat, and cook burgers about 3 minutes or until golden brown on underside. Flip burgers, and top with cheese. Cook about 3 minutes more or until golden brown and cheese is melted. Serve burgers on buns topped with tomato and basil, if desired.

Sesame Seed-Crusted Salmon Burger With Yogurt Sauce

It’s not a summer cookout without seafood, so of course, this to-die-for burger is a must for your menu. Ask your store’s seafood counter to skin the salmon for you. Then you just chop, season, grill, and serve.

Ingredients: Salmon fillet, baby spinach, panko (Japanese breadcrumbs), fresh lemon juice, fresh ginger, low-sodium soy sauce, sesame seeds, salt, black pepper, fat-free Greek yogurt, fresh dill, minced garlic, olive oil cooking spray, whole-wheat hamburger buns

Ingredients:
  • 1 (1-pound) salmon fillet, skinned and chopped
  • 2 cupschopped baby spinach
  • 1/4 cuppanko (Japanese breadcrumbs)
  • 2 tablespoonsfresh lemon juice, divided
  • 1 tablespoonfinely grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoonlow-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cupsesame seeds, toasted and divided
  • 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/4 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 1/2 cupfat-free Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoonsfinely chopped fresh dill
  • 1/2 teaspoonminced garlic
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • 4 whole-wheat hamburger buns
Preparation:
1. Combine salmon, spinach, panko, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, ginger, soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Form mixture into 4 (3 1/2-inch) patties. Place remaining sesame seeds onto a plate, and dip one side of patties into seeds to coat.
2. Stir together yogurt, dill, garlic, and remaining 1 tablespoon lemon juice in a small bowl.
3. Preheat a lightly oiled grill pan over medium heat until hot but not smoking. Cook burgers over medium heat, turning, 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through. Grill buns, cut sides down, for about 2 minutes or until golden.
4. Place burgers on buns, and top with 2 tablespoons yogurt sauce.
